Australian Tax (Excel Model) - Mortgage vs Salary Sacrifice

Hello, Seeking an Excel and Australian tax specialist to review and correct a simple ten-year model comparing no salary sacrifice versus additional super contributions funded partly by an interest-only mortgage, including tax, Division 293, contribution limits, investment growth, cash-flow impact and the overall financial winner. With ability to change the growth rates, super top ups, income etc. Option A - Base Case Before Salary Sacrifice Option B - Salary Sacrifice + Mortgage to help cover living costs. Difference Base vs Salary Sacrifice Issues include: Treatment of the Division 293 contributions - Cells C22, C23 and C33, C34. Tax saving C27 and C36 – Is that saving simply included in the net salary figures C35 and C26. Is C45 correct? Needs a thorough check of the methodology, keeping in mind the following which would be good to add: - most mortgage interest will not be accrued as there will be cash against it in an off set account. - saved income (Option A) ‘earned’ by no salary sacrifice hasn’t been grown at a %. - no yearly cashflow / IRR or NPV - Anything else you spot to improve the models accuracy.
