Summary

Pay-Per-Call Program Florida Only Compensation $20 per qualified transferred call Paid weekly Access to our proprietary CRM for lead submission and tracking Operating Hours Transfers are accepted Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST. Calls transferred outside of operating hours may be rejected unless previously approved. Qualified Transfer Requirements To be billable, the prospect must: Be located in Florida Be under age 70 Not currently insured with our company Have 2+ vehicles in the household Be scrubbed for DNC compliance Remain live and engaged for at least 120 seconds before transfer Be aware they are being transferred Be willing to participate in the quoting process Non-Billable Calls Calls may be rejected if: Prospect is outside of Florida Prospect is 70+ Prospect is currently insured with our company Household has fewer than 2 vehicles DNC violation Call is transferred outside approved operating hours Dead air, dropped call, or unaware transfer Misrepresentation or deceptive marketing Prospect refuses to provide basic quote information Prospect refuses a quote Compliance No misleading statements, impersonation, or fabricated claims All calls must be recorded and provided upon request Vendors are responsible for ensuring all leads and calls comply with applicable TCPA, DNC, and state/federal compliance requirements
