Summary

GOAL: Build a working prototype of a compact, countertop, automated machine that mechanically sands and polishes scratched optical discs (CD/DVD/Blu-ray). The machine should be user-friendly, efficient, and cost-effective. It must be able to restore discs to a condition that allows them to be played without skipping or freezing. The project requires expertise in mechanical engineering and product design to ensure the machine is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
