Automated WordPress Translation & Content Sync Agent

Hey, I'm a content writer translating a real-estate company's website. They have around 80 assets/projects that needs translation ATM, and this data base will change and grow overtime. I'm looking for someone experienced with AI automation, WordPress and LLM workflows to help design a scalable translation system for a real estate website. This is **not** just about translating text with ChatGPT/Google Translate. The goal is to build (or recommend) a workflow that minimizes manual work as the website grows. # Current setup # * WordPress website * Multilingual website (Original content - ENG, translations - RUS, GER, HEB) * Around 80 property/project pages * New properties are added regularly * Human-written translations will be used for the core marketing pages to define tone-of-voice, but property pages should be automated as much as possible. # Desired workflow # * Extract ENG content from WordPress (or database/API) * Translate it using predefined prompts, * Follow a glossary / terminology guide * Keep consistent, authentic, company tone and formatting * Insert the translated content back into WordPress (in 1/2/3 languages) * Allow translating only new or updated properties instead of the entire site every time # Questions # 1. How would you build it & which tools would you use? 2. Would you recommend a custom AI agent, n8n, Make.com, WPML automation, custom scripts, or another solution? 3. What would be the approximate development cost + working time? 6. What ongoing costs should be expected (API, hosting, maintenance, subscriptions)? Aiming here for minimal ongoing costs, thing should basically run itself. 7. Can the client fully own the workflow after development?
