Automation & Data Extraction Specialist

We’re looking for a skilled automation and data extraction specialist to help us build reliable scripts and workflows that collect data from online sources and automate repetitive processes. This role is focused on creating robust, maintainable solutions rather than quick hacks. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with dynamic websites, understands data accuracy, and can design systems that scale. Responsibilities: Build automation scripts to extract and structure data from websites Work with dynamic, JavaScript-heavy pages Design clean, maintainable automation workflows Deliver structured outputs (CSV, JSON, databases, or APIs) Identify edge cases and suggest improvements for reliability Communicate progress and limitations clearly Requirements: Experience with web automation and data extraction Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript or Python) Familiarity with modern web technologies Ability to write clean, well-organized code Strong problem-solving skills Nice to Have: Experience with browser-based automation tools Familiarity with cloud or serverless environments Experience working with data pipelines or integrations Project Details: Initial task focused on a defined automation or data extraction problem Clear scope and expected deliverables Opportunity for additional work based on results
