Automation Developer

Design, maintain, and ensure the reliability of automations on n8n and Airtable, extending into custom coding (JavaScript Function nodes, Airtable scripts, custom modules) when no-code solutions reach their limits. Develop and utilize APIs and webhooks to enable communication between tools (e.g., syncing Google Calendar with the CRM). Automate the learner lifecycle using scripted workflows: attendance confirmation, sign-in sheets, follow-ups, session reports/cancellations, meeting summaries, and onboarding. Manage and enhance the CRM: handling integrations, troubleshooting and resolving issues, gathering requirements, and implementing tracking/analytics. Implement automated invoicing and secure purchasing processes (incorporating approvals, audit trails, and error checking). Integrate electronic signature solutions (e.g., YouSign, eSignatures) via API for contracts, notifications, and certificates. Debug, refactor, streamline, and document existing workflows and code.
