Summary

We're looking for an automation engineer to build a workflow that handles lead qualification and meeting booking through WhatsApp. Workflow Requirements: •⁠ ⁠User initiates conversation via WhatsApp •⁠ ⁠AI collects: - Name - Email - Phone number - Company name (if applicable) - Preferred meeting time •⁠ ⁠Add a decision/qualification layer (AI or rules-based) to determine if the lead meets predefined criteria •⁠ ⁠Create or update the contact in HubSpot •⁠ ⁠Store lead and qualification data in Airtable (if needed) •⁠ ⁠Automatically schedule a meeting using Google Calendar / Google Meet •⁠ ⁠Send confirmation and meeting details back to the user via WhatsApp Preferred Stack: n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, HubSpot, OpenAI/Claude, WhatsApp Business API.
