**AI-Powered Lead Reply Automation: Instantly → Pipedrive** We're looking for an experienced automation developer to build an AI-powered reply workflow that monitors our Instantly.ai inboxes, qualifies leads, and sends personalized responses automatically — 24/7. **What you'll build:** A fully automated pipeline that: - Monitors both the Unibox and Other inbox in Instantly.ai via webhooks - Checks Pipedrive (Sales Pipeline) before replying — if an open deal exists, notifies the deal owner and stops - Classifies each reply into: Positive (interest/questions), Neutral/OOO, or Unsubscribe - On positive replies: creates a new deal in Pipedrive (Stage: New Leads Not Connected) - On unsubscribe: immediately removes contact from Instantly sequences, adds to block list, and marks deal as lost in Pipedrive - Generates a personalized AI reply using Claude API, grounded in a provided knowledge base - Every reply includes our Calendly booking link (demo scheduling objective) - Sends reply automatically via Instantly — no human approval needed, 24/7 - Respects Calendly integration: if a lead has already booked (deal auto-created by Calendly), routes to deal owner instead of auto-replying - Follow-up sequences (separate from replies) must respect a no-send rule on weekends and US federal holidays **Tech stack preference:** - Make.com (preferred) or n8n - Instantly.ai API v2 - Pipedrive API - Anthropic Claude API (we will provide the API key and knowledge base) **You should have:** - Proven experience with Instantly.ai API or similar cold email platforms - Strong Pipedrive integration experience - Experience building Claude or OpenAI-powered automations - Make.com or n8n scenario builds you can show us - Attention to edge cases (duplicate contacts, unsubscribes, booked leads) **Deliverables:** - Working Make.com scenario (or n8n workflow) exported and documented - Claude system prompt / knowledge base template - Short Loom walkthrough of the build - Handoff notes so we can maintain it ourselves **Nice to have:** - Experience with Calendly webhooks/API - Prior work on sales automation or outbound lead qualification This is a fixed-price project. Please include in your proposal: a brief explanation of how you'd approach the Pipedrive deal-check logic, and examples of similar automations you've built. Proposals without relevant examples will not be considered. Budget is open to the right person. Looking to move fast — ideally starting this week.
