AI Automation & GoHighLevel Bot Builder (Entry Level to Long-Term Role)

We’re looking for an AI Automation / Bot Builder to join our growing team at Wizard Web Service and help us either: • Rebuild/optimize systems currently running in CloseBot OR • Replace portions of CloseBot functionality using GoHighLevel AI, workflows, conversational AI, Voice AI, automations, APIs, and custom logic. This is not just a “one-off bot project.” We are looking for someone sharp, curious, organized, and hungry to grow into a long-term role inside our ecosystem. You’ll work directly under Cory and Fahed (“Lead Wizards”) helping build real-world AI systems for home service companies, lead generation, sales automation, intake, quoting, booking, and conversational workflows. Current Projects Include: AI lead qualification bots Voice AI + SMS workflows Missed call text back systems Booking + quoting automations CRM workflow automation GHL AI agents Funnel/chat automations Pipeline movement logic API/Zapier/Make integrations Internal AI operations systems Ideal Candidate: Familiar with GoHighLevel (GHL) Experience with AI bots, automations, workflows, or conversational systems Comfortable learning quickly Organized and detail-oriented Can document work with Loom videos/screenshots Understands naming conventions and clean system structure Good communicator Hungry to become elite at AI automation Bonus Points: CloseBot experience Voice AI experience Twilio/API knowledge Zapier/Make experience Prompt engineering Webhook/API integrations SaaS or agency experience Important: This role will start project/milestone based, but successful candidates may evolve into a permanent role within Wizard Web Service. We are not looking for someone who submits sloppy work and disappears. We are building long-term systems and want someone who takes pride in clean builds, testing, iteration, and improvement.
