# Automation Lead (Claude Code, n8n, Make, APIs, GHL) – Long-Term Opportunity ## About Drexo Drexo is a Belgian AI automation agency focused on helping SMEs automate operations, lead management, CRM workflows, document processing, connecting business systems, building ai agents and system integrations. We are building the company from day one to become a scalable, process-driven business rather than a founder-dependent agency. Our goal is not simply to deliver projects. Our goal is to build reusable systems, templates, SOPs, and recurring revenue products that can be deployed repeatedly across clients. I'm looking for an Automation Lead who wants to grow with the company over time. Initially this will be a project-based freelance relationship. As the company grows and the relationship proves successful, there is potential to move into a larger role with more responsibility and eventually a long-term position. ## What You'll Do Build and maintain: * AI automations * CRM workflows * Lead response systems * Internal business automations * API integrations * Webhook-based workflows * Client onboarding systems * Document processing systems Tools include: * Claude Code * n8n * Make.com * GoHighLevel (GHL) * APIs * Webhooks * Supabase * AI models and LLM integrations You will often take a workflow from concept to implementation with minimal supervision. ## What Makes This Different I'm not looking for someone who only completes tickets. I'm looking for someone who helps build the operational foundation of the business. After every project we want to create: * SOPs * Internal documentation * Reusable templates * Checklists * Best practices * Standardized deployment processes The objective is that each project makes future projects faster and more profitable.
