Automation Specialist: Zapier & Workflow Systems Integration

We are hiring one Zapier automation specialist to eliminate manual, repetitive workflows across our internal stack. CORE AUTOMATIONS: 1. Auto-send CE certificates via Snov.io after attendance is verified 2. Tag completions and move users from Live to Recorded course in WordPress 3. Sync refunds between Stripe and WooCommerce via webhook 4. Log refund events to Google Sheets after Stripe/WooCommerce sync 5. Cancel WooCommerce membership when a customer cancels their trial 6. Schedule webinar reminder emails in Snov.io (1-week, 1-day, day-of) 7. Assign toolkit access in WooCommerce upon purchase 8. Duplicate and populate Zoho Survey forms from a Google Sheets course catalog 9. Create Padlet boards per webinar from a standard template 10. Update MailChimp tags based on membership status and purchase events 11. Populate a Google Sheets onboarding tracker on new member signup 12. Trigger a Snov.io email when a recorded webinar video is published 13. Filter attendees missing license numbers and send templated email requests 14. Import GHL registrant list and cross-reference against a Google Sheets state lookup 15. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - 5+ years building Zapier automations for SaaS or e-commerce businesses - Proven experience with WooCommerce webhooks and post-purchase automation (non-negotiable) - Experience setting up AI-powered automations, including AI steps within Zapier or integrations with tools like OpenAI, and using AI to enhance workflow logic - Can flag feasibility issues upfront before they become problems - Available on Slack during and after the project TO APPLY: Your proposal must include: 1.
