Automation Specialist for Fitness Job Scraping

Overview We are looking for an experienced Automation Specialist / Developer to build an automated lead generation and outreach system for our fitness recruitment business. The goal is to automatically identify fitness industry job vacancies from multiple online sources, collect relevant business information, and trigger personalised outreach campaigns to promote our recruitment services. This project will involve web scraping, data processing, workflow automation, and email marketing integrations. Scope of Work Phase 1: Job Scraping & Data Collection Build an automated system that can: * Scrape job vacancies from selected job boards and websites * Extract relevant information including: * Job title * Company name * Location * Job description * Website URL * Contact details (where available) * Store collected data in a structured format (CRM, database, Google Sheets, Airtable, or similar) Phase 2: Data Filtering & Enrichment Build logic to: * Identify and filter fitness-related roles only * Remove duplicate listings * Categorise opportunities by business type (gym, studio, leisure centre, sports club, etc.) * Enrich records with additional business information where possible: * Company website * Contact email * Hiring manager details * Social media profiles Phase 3: Automated Outreach Create an outreach workflow that: * Automatically sends personalised emails to businesses advertising fitness vacancies * Dynamically inserts information such as: * Company name * Job title * Location * Integrates with our preferred email platform (Zoho, Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP service) * Includes email templates that can be easily edited Phase 4: Scheduling & Monitoring Set up ongoing automation to: * Run daily or weekly * Monitor system performance * Log successful outreach activity * Track: * Emails sent * Opens * Clicks * Replies * Provide reporting/dashboard visibility Preferred Technology Stack Open to recommendations, but experience with any of the following would be beneficial: * Python * Scrapy * BeautifulSoup * Selenium * Zapier * Make.com * Airtable * Google Sheets * Zoho CRM * APIs and workflow automation tools Deliverables * Fully functioning automated scraping system * Data storage solution * Automated outreach workflow * Documentation explaining how the system works * Training/handover session Ideal Candidate * Proven experience building scraping and automation systems * Strong Python and workflow automation skills * Experience with CRM integrations * Understanding of email outreach best practices * Ability to recommend scalable solutions To Apply Please include: 1.
