**-Up Automation Specialist for Lead Gen Businesses** Follow **About the Role** We're looking for an experienced automation specialist to build out follow-up sequences for lead generation businesses — think contractors, home service companies, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, and similar trades. The goal is simple: leads come in, and no one falls through the cracks. You'll design and implement automated follow-up systems that nurture prospects from first contact to booked appointment. **What You'll Be Building** - Multi-step follow-up sequences (SMS, email, voicemail drops) - CRM workflows and pipeline automation - Lead response automations (speed-to-lead triggers) - Missed call text-back flows - Re-engagement campaigns for cold/dead leads - Appointment booking and reminder automations **Tools You Might Work With** - GoHighLevel (GHL) — strongly preferred - HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRMs - Zapier / Make (Integromat) - Twilio, Mailgun, or similar messaging platforms **You're a Great Fit If You Have** - Proven experience building automations for home service or contractor businesses - Strong understanding of lead gen funnels and follow-up strategy - Portfolio or examples of past automation builds - Ability to work independently and deliver clean, documented workflows **Project Scope** This starts as a project-based engagement with strong potential to turn into an ongoing role as we scale. **To Apply** Please include: 1.
