AI Automation & Systems Integration Specialist

Overview We are looking for a freelance AI Automation & Systems Integration Specialist to help identify, scope, and implement practical AI-driven efficiencies across our business operations. The initial focus will be on leveraging Claude AI and related automation tools to improve workflows, reduce manual administration, streamline communication, and enhance operational visibility across multiple platforms and systems. This is expected to begin as a consultancy/freelance engagement, with the potential for ongoing project work depending on outcomes. Key Objectives The successful freelancer will help us: • Identify opportunities for AI-driven operational improvements • Implement automation solutions across business systems • Improve internal workflows and reduce repetitive manual tasks • Explore practical uses of Claude AI within day-to-day operations • Support integration and communication between platforms • Recommend scalable automation and AI processes for future growth Systems & Platforms Experience working with some or all of the following platforms is highly desirable: • Claude AI • HubSpot • SAP • Bridge Connect • CRM systems • Workflow automation platforms o Zapier o Make.com o n8n • API integrations • Reporting and operational dashboards Scope of Work • The role may include: • Reviewing current business processes and workflows • Mapping inefficiencies and identifying automation opportunities • Designing and implementing AI-assisted workflows • Connecting systems via APIs or middleware tools • Creating automations for internal admin and operational tasks • Developing AI-assisted reporting or communication workflows • Advising on best practices for AI adoption across the business • Supporting documentation and knowledge transfer Ideal Experience We are looking for someone who has: • Proven experience implementing AI and automation solutions • Strong understanding of Claude AI and practical business applications • Experience integrating multiple business platforms and systems • Experience with workflow automation tools and APIs • Commercial awareness and a practical, problem-solving mindset • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical teams Engagement • Freelance / project-based • Remote • Initial discovery and scoping phase required • Potential for ongoing collaboration depending on fit and outcomes **The original project couldn't proceed due to timeline constraints
