We are looking for a commercially driven AI / Automation Sales Partner who can independently generate leads, approach potential clients, and close deals for AI and automation solutions. The clients can come from any sector. As long as there are repetitive tasks, manual processes, customer interactions, lead generation needs, reporting flows, ticket systems, admin work, or other business processes that can be improved with AI or automation, we can offer a solution. In this role, your main responsibility is to find new business opportunities and turn them into paying clients. You will focus on prospecting, outreach, client conversations, follow-ups, and closing deals. Our team will take care of the AI, automation, technical setup, workflow building, and delivery side. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, sales-focused, and comfortable working with a performance-based reward model. This role offers a very attractive commission structure, where your earnings are directly linked to the deals you generate and close. Key Responsibilities Generate your own leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, network, phone calls, events, referrals, and online research. Identify companies in any sector that could benefit from AI, automation, lead generation systems, ticket handling, workflow automation, reporting automation, customer service automation, admin automation, or process optimization. Approach decision-makers and create commercial opportunities. Explain the value of AI and automation in a clear, practical, and business-focused way. Book meetings with potential clients and manage the full sales process. Qualify prospects based on their needs, budget, urgency, and decision-making process. Close deals and hand over the client requirements to our AI/automation team. Maintain strong client relationships and look for upsell opportunities. Work closely with our team to understand what solutions we can offer and how to position them commercially. What We Provide AI and automation expertise. Technical setup and implementation. For every deal you generate and close, you receive a generous commission based on the profit or revenue generated from that client or project. The better the deals you bring in, the higher your earning potential. This makes the role ideal for someone who wants to work independently, build their own pipeline, and be rewarded directly for results. Ideal Candidate Strong sales and lead generation skills. Confident in cold outreach and closing deals. Entrepreneurial mindset. Able to work independently without needing constant guidance. Interested in AI, automation, SaaS, digital tools, and business efficiency. Able to spot automation opportunities in different types of businesses. Strong communication skills in English. Comfortable speaking with business owners, managers, and decision-makers. Result-driven and motivated by commission-based earnings. Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, tech sales, software sales, recruitment, consulting, or business development is a strong plus. Goal of the Role The goal is simple: you bring in the clients and close the deals. We take care of the AI and automation delivery.
