AI Automation / Workflow Developer (Must be able to use Claude Code)

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Developer to help our in-house agency improve and automate how we use Monday.com across the company. The main focus of this role is to make Monday.com more useful, connected, and easy for all team members to use. You will help us set up better workflows, connect our tools, and create automations that reduce manual work and improve visibility across projects, meetings, client activity, and internal operations. Responsibilities * Review and improve our current Monday.com setup. * Build simple, effective workflows, boards, automations, and dashboards. * Connect Monday.com with tools such as Fathom, Fireflies.ai, Slack, CRM systems, Supabase and other tools via APIs. * Make sure information flows cleanly between tools and is easy for the team to understand. * Provide light documentation so the team can use and maintain the system. Required Experience * Strong experience with Monday.com workflows, automations, dashboards, and integrations. * Experience integrating business tools such as Slack, CRMs, Supabase, and other internal systems. * Understanding of APIs, webhooks, automation logic, and data syncing. * Ability to use Claude Code. * Experience with AI automation or internal operations automation. * Clear communication and ability to work with non-technical team members.
