Project: create 6 AI Automation agent We are looking for an AI automation expert to build several internal assistants. Scope: 1. Agent 1: Accounting agent (accounting tool used: Bexio) • Automate repetitive accounting tasks of classification and processing currently done manually in Bexio • Automatically analyze incoming transactions (bank, invoices, payments) • Suggest the correct accounting classification (accounts, categories) • Use a mix of rules and AI to determine the correct categorization • Handle common patterns (donations, expenses, refunds, commissions) • Ensure consistency with Swiss accounting principles • Create entries in Bexio based on rules 3. Agent 2: Customer service agent (email – Infomaniak) • Connect to our support email inbox in Infomaniak • Read incoming emails • Generate replies in our tone and based on our documentation • Create drafts replies only (human validation before sending) 4. Agent 3: Social media agent • Reply to comments on Instagram, facebook, youtube, linkedin & TikTok - Replies must follow guidelines and tone - Avoid spammy or risky responses Automatically generate and publish Twitter (X) posts based on existing content and business context. Content cross-posting. Requirements: • Generate tweets based on: o Instagram posts o Blog articles o Product updates • Adapt tone to be concise, engaging and aligned with our brand • Avoid repetitive or generic content • Support multiple formats: o short posts o threads (when relevant) Automation: • Detect new Instagram or blog content • Generate 1–3 tweet variations • Allow human validation before publishing • Option to auto-publish after approval Optional: • Schedule posts at optimal times • Reuse high-performing content 5. Agent 5: SEO & GEO agent Goal: Act as a full SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) assistant, similar to a professional agency, to grow organic visibility and traffic. A. Content Creation & Publishing • Generate high-quality SEO articles (agency-level) • Include: o title o slug o meta title o meta description o alt text • Publish directly to our blog (Laravel-based) • Support 4 languages: o English o French o German o Italian Core responsibilities: • Generate high-quality SEO articles (agency-level) • Publish directly to our blog (Laravel-based) • Support 4 languages (EN, FR, DE, IT) • Include metadata (title, slug, meta description, alt text) B. SEO Analysis • Analyze website performance (technical + content) • Identify SEO issues and opportunities • Monitor rankings and keyword performance • Detect gaps vs competitors C. GEO (AI visibility) • Optimize content for AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI) • Ensure content is structured for AI discovery • Suggest improvements for AI-driven traffic 4. Keyword Strategy • Identify high-value keywords (Switzerland focus) • Suggest content opportunities • Build structured content plans 5. Reporting (very important) • Provide regular reports (weekly or monthly) • Include: o traffic evolution o keyword rankings o top-performing content o recommendations • Reports must be clear, concise, and actionable Requirements: • Use SEO tools + AI (OpenAI or similar) • Provide structured and professional outputs • Ensure content quality matches a real SEO agency Deliverables: • SEO audit (initial) • Content plan • Automated article generation & publishing • Regular performance reports • Ongoing recommendations 6. Module: Social Media Strategy & Content Creation Goal: Act as a social media manager to plan, create and suggest high-quality content for Happy Pot across platforms, without automatic publishing. Responsibilities: 1. Content Strategy • Create a structured monthly content plan • Suggest content ideas aligned with: o brand positioning o current trends o business goals • Include different formats: o videos (Reels, TikTok) o carousels o photos 2. Content Ideation • Generate creative and engaging post ideas • Include: o hooks o concepts o storytelling angles • Avoid generic or repetitive ideas 3. Content Creation • Generate ready-to-use content: o captions o scripts for videos o carousel text structure • Adapt tone and style to each platform: o Instagram o TikTok o LinkedIn o Twitter (X) 4. Multi-format Support • Suggest how each idea should be executed: o video concept o visual direction o messaging • Align content with current social media best practices 5. Validation Workflow • No automatic posting • All content must be reviewed and approved manually • Provide content in a clear, easy-to-review format 6. Performance Improvement • Suggest improvements based on past content performance • Identify what works and what doesn’t Important: • Content must feel human and high-quality • Must match a professional social media manager level • No generic AI content Deliverables: • Monthly content plan • Weekly content ideas • Ready-to-use captions and scripts • Structured content suggestions (video, carousel, photo) Requirements: • Use tools like Openclaw or Make, n8n, or similar (no over-engineering) • Use OpenAI API for content generation • Provide a simple interface (dashboard or messaging-based) • Ensure secure handling of API keys and data Deliverables: • Working workflows (not just concepts) • Demo for each use case • Documentation (short and clear) Please include in your proposal: • Your approach (architecture) • Tools you would use • Timeline • Fixed price per module (not only global price) • Example of similar work
