We help businesses improve profitability, reduce downtime, and modernize their laundry operations through commercial equipment, financing, installation, replacement parts, preventive maintenance, and ongoing service. Working from qualified prospect lists that we provide through Apollo, you'll introduce Southern California Laundry Co. to hotels, apartment communities, laundromats, healthcare facilities, and other commercial organizations. Your primary objective is to start meaningful conversations, identify potential opportunities, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our sales consultants. This is **not** a high-pressure sales position. We believe in a consultative approach—understanding a customer's operation, identifying challenges, and determining whether our team can provide value. --- ## Responsibilities * Conduct outbound B2B calls using prospect lists provided through Apollo * Introduce Southern California Laundry Co. to prospective customers * Build rapport with business owners, managers, and decision-makers * Identify facilities that may benefit from equipment upgrades, replacement, service, financing, or parts * Ask thoughtful questions to understand each prospect's current operation and challenges * Qualify opportunities based on our sales criteria * Schedule appointments for our sales consultants * Maintain accurate notes and activities in Pipedrive CRM * Follow up with prospects as needed * Professionally represent the Southern California Laundry Co. brand on every interaction --- ## What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, asks great questions, and is comfortable speaking with business decision-makers. ### Qualifications * Experience with B2B cold calling, appointment setting, or business development * Excellent spoken and written English * Spanish is a strong advantage but not required * Professional, confident phone presence * Experience using a CRM (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) * Strong listening and relationship-building skills * Organized, dependable, and self-motivated * Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office ### Bonus If You Have Experience Calling Into * Hotels * Property management companies * Multi-family housing * Healthcare facilities * Commercial equipment or industrial businesses --- ## Schedule * Fully remote * Approximately 20 hours per week * Monday through Friday * Consistent daily schedule during U.S. Pacific business hours * Long-term opportunity with room to grow --- ## Compensation We believe great performance should be rewarded.
