B2B Appointment Setter (Cold Calling) – UK Food & Fresh Produce Buyers

WeGrow Farms is growing and we need a confident B2B caller to help book meetings with UK restaurants, wholesalers, veg box companies, and foodservice buyers interested in fresh produce and microgreens. This is a focused outbound role. Your job is to speak with decision-makers, qualify interest, and book meetings or clear next steps into our sales pipeline. This is NOT a generic VA role — we are looking for someone who is comfortable on the phone, proactive, and experienced in B2B conversations. We will provide lead lists and guidance, and you will work closely with us to improve messaging and results. What you will do Call prospect lists that we provide Speak with buyers, owners, chefs, and decision-makers Introduce our produce offering in a clear and professional way Qualify buyer interest Book appointments or capture clear next-step outcomes Update our CRM / tracker after each call Provide a short weekly results summary What we are looking for Proven B2B appointment-setting or cold-calling experience Strong spoken English Comfortable calling UK businesses during UK working hours Able to handle gatekeepers and objections Organised with CRM updates and follow-up tracking Reliable internet and headset for calling Foodservice, produce, wholesale, hospitality, or FMCG experience is a strong bonus Trial scope We will begin with a 2-week paid trial. Expected trial activity: 50 to 100 calls per week Accurate CRM / tracker updates Clear notes from each conversation Qualified buyer conversations Booked meetings or buyer-interest outcomes
