We're a marketing agency that works exclusively with home services contractors — roofers, HVAC, plumbers, electricians, and general contractors. We help them get more calls through Google Ads, Local Service Ads, local SEO, and Google Business Profile management. We're growing and need a reliable appointment setter to turn our lead lists into booked strategy calls. The role This is an appointment-setting role, not a closing role. Your job is simple to describe: call contractors from our lists, deliver a short and specific opener, handle the common objections, and book a 30-minute strategy call. That's it. You don't sell anything, quote pricing, or close deals — you book the call and we take it from there. These are not random scraped numbers. Every lead comes pre-researched with a specific, real observation about that contractor's Google presence (for example: "not running Local Service Ads" or "only 12 reviews vs. competitors with 80+"). You'll open with that observation, which is exactly why this converts better than typical cold calling — you're calling with a reason, not a generic pitch. What you'll do Make outbound calls to contractors from our pre-built lead lists (US-based businesses) Open with the specific, pre-researched observation we provide for each lead Follow our proven scripts and objection-handling guides (one per contractor type) Qualify quickly and book the prospect into a 30-minute strategy call Log every call outcome accurately in our CRM (Airtable — easy to use, we'll show you) Follow our call cadence (multiple attempts at different times before moving on) Hit a weekly target for dials and booked calls What we provide Pre-researched, pre-qualified lead lists — with a specific talking point for each contact Proven call scripts for every contractor type, plus full objection-handling guides CRM access (Airtable) with a simple workflow for logging outcomes Onboarding on our offer, our scripts, and how to book the strategy call What we're looking for Clear, fluent, easy-to-understand spoken English — you'll be calling US business owners, so a neutral, professional phone voice matters Prior B2B phone experience — cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales Comfortable with high-volume outbound and the rejection that comes with it — persistence without getting rattled Organized and disciplined about logging every call (our CRM only works if it's kept clean) Available to call during US business hours Bonus points Experience calling contractors, tradespeople, or small business owners Experience in home services, marketing, or agency settings Familiarity with Airtable or similar CRMs
