Our firm is an established Los Angeles agency founded in 1995. We help businesses improve visibility, leads, and conversions through SEO, Local SEO, Google Maps optimization, website design, content, and AI-search visibility. We are looking for a reliable outbound appointment setter / SDR who can identify business owners, start professional conversations, qualify interested prospects, and book Zoom appointments directly on our calendar. This is not a simple data-entry or list-building job. We need someone who can communicate naturally with U.S. business owners and help create real sales opportunities. Your responsibilities Research and build targeted prospect lists of business owners and decision-makers. Focus primarily on Los Angeles County businesses. Use LinkedIn, Google Maps, email outreach, business directories, and other approved outreach methods. Send personalized outreach messages and follow up professionally. Respond to interested prospects. Ask qualifying questions before booking appointments. Book confirmed Zoom calls directly on our calendar. Maintain a daily tracker showing prospects contacted, replies, conversations, appointments booked, attendance, and notes. Send a short daily report. Ideal prospects We want to speak with owners or marketing decision-makers of real businesses that may need: SEO Local SEO / Google Maps rankings Google Business Profile help Website redesign or website conversion improvement Lead generation AI search visibility Industries may include home services, construction, roofing, flooring, restoration, legal, medical, dental, med spas, beauty, retail, professional services, and similar local businesses. Requirements Proven experience with B2B appointment setting, outbound SDR work, LinkedIn outreach, cold email, or lead generation. Excellent written English suitable for communicating with U.S. business owners. Experience researching decision-makers and managing outreach follow-up. Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Maps, Apollo, Sales Navigator, email tools, spreadsheets, CRMs, or similar systems. Organized, responsive, and dependable. Must be able to attend scheduled check-ins and communicate consistently. Experience booking appointments for an SEO, marketing, SaaS, web design, or professional-service company is strongly preferred. PAID TEST AND COMPENSATION This begins as a fixed-price two-week paid test. Budget: $175 total, paid in two milestones of $87.50. For each week, the freelancer must provide a shared Google Sheet showing researched prospects, outreach activity, replies, follow-ups, and any appointments booked. The tracker must include business name, website, city, decision-maker if available, contact method, outreach date, message status, reply status, and notes. The freelancer must also provide evidence of outreach activity through screenshots, exports, or access to approved outreach tools. After the paid test, strong performers may continue on a fixed weekly or monthly project basis, plus a $25 bonus for each qualified Zoom appointment that actually attends. A qualified appointment means a real business owner or decision-maker with a legitimate business, a relevant need for SEO, Local SEO, Google Maps visibility, website improvement, or lead generation, who understands they are meeting with LAv1 Digital Marketing and attends the Zoom meeting. No bonus is paid for no-shows, vendors, agencies, freelancers, job seekers, students, spam, or unqualified appointments. When applying, please include Your hourly rate. The outreach methods you used: LinkedIn, cold email, phone, Google Maps, etc. Approximate number of appointments you booked per month. A screenshot or anonymized example of a tracker, campaign, or reporting system you used. A short explanation of how you would find Los Angeles business owners who may need SEO or website help. Start your proposal with this exact sentence: “I understand that a qualified appointment means a real business owner or decision-maker who has a relevant need, fits the target profile, and attends the Zoom meeting.” Applicants who do not follow that instruction will not be considered.
