B2B Appointment Setter / SDR — Book Meetings with US Agency Owners (Performance-Based)

We're a 7-year-old development agency (NestJS, Next.js, Laravel, plus SEO and branding) with 200+ delivered projects, expanding our white-label partnership program with US-based agencies. We need an experienced SDR to build prospect lists, run cold outreach (LinkedIn + email), qualify replies, and book meetings onto our calendar. We close — you fill the calendar. Who we target (ICP): US digital/marketing agencies, 2–50 employees, offering web or SEO services without a full in-house dev team. We'll provide the detailed ICP, case studies, and message templates to adapt. Responsibilities: - Build accurate prospect lists matching our ICP (we spot-check for fit) - Write and send personalized outreach sequences — no mass-blast templates - Qualify replies against our written criteria before booking - Book meetings directly to our calendar and brief us before each call Requirements: - Proven B2B outreach experience, ideally selling to agencies or selling dev/creative services - Verifiable metrics from past campaigns (reply rates, meetings booked) - Native-quality written English - Availability overlapping US business hours for follow-ups - Comfortable with performance-based pay Compensation: $75–100 per qualified meeting held (not just booked). "Qualified" is defined in writing and shared upfront. After a strong first month, we're open to a hybrid base + per-meeting structure. We start with a small paid test batch ($50–100) before any ongoing arrangement.
