We are looking for an experienced B2B appointment setting or sales development team to handle end to end outbound and consistently book qualified calls directly on my calendar. This is not a one off gig. We are building a scalable outbound system and are open to long term collaboration with the right team. What You Will Be Responsible For B2B lead research and list building focused on decision makers Cold outreach through LinkedIn, email, or other compliant outbound channels Follow ups and conversation handling Pre qualifying prospects Booking qualified calls directly on my calendar Maintaining clean tracking and reporting Your primary KPI is qualified booked calls. Who This Is For This role is ideal for: A small SDR or appointment setting team Agencies or individuals with proven outbound results Teams that already run structured outreach systems People who understand quality over volume Requirements Proven experience in B2B appointment setting Strong written English with no spammy or templated outreach Ability to generate leads, not just send messages Clear understanding of qualification Organized reporting with daily or weekly metrics Experience working with founders or agencies is a plus What We Care About Consistency Speed Quality conversations Clean execution Results over excuses If you have booked high quality B2B calls before, we want to talk.
