Summary

I am looking for an experienced B2B sales, outreach, or appointment-setting specialist to help book qualified meetings with organizations that may be interested in career advancement, workforce readiness, leadership development, and career ROI programs. This role is focused on getting our program in front of the right decision makers. We are developing institutional programs and curriculum around: * Career ROI * Career readiness * Workforce advancement * Leadership readiness * Salary and career mobility * Professional communication * AI-era career strategy * Translating experience into business value The goal is to pitch these programs to schools, universities, workforce development organizations, corporate training departments, chambers of commerce, economic development groups, and professional associations. This is not a general marketing role. This is not social media management. This is not branding. I need someone who can research the right buyers, conduct outreach, and help book qualified conversations. What You Will Do: * Research aligned organizations that may buy, sponsor, fund, pilot, or partner on career readiness and workforce development programs * Build a list of 50+ target organizations * Identify decision makers inside each organization * Find contact information and best outreach path * Help write or refine outreach messages * Send or support outreach by email and LinkedIn * Track responses and follow-ups * Help book qualified meetings or pilot conversations * Recommend which markets appear most interested based on response quality Target Buyers May Include: * Universities and colleges * High schools and school districts * Workforce development organizations * Corporate training departments * Learning & Development leaders * HR and Talent Development leaders * Chambers of commerce * Economic development groups * Professional associations * Community programs serving students and professionals ## Success Metrics: For the first 60–90 days, the goal is to: * Build a pipeline of 50+ aligned organizations * Identify 100+ relevant decision makers * Secure 10+ qualified meetings or pilot conversations * Track all outreach
