B2B Business Development Rep

We’re hiring a part-time B2B Business Development Representative for HRGOATS, a growing HR consulting firm serving small and mid-sized businesses. We want someone with strong outbound B2B sales experience, ideally from the staffing, recruiting, HR services, or professional services industry. This person will work an existing prospect list, conduct cold calls, email and LinkedIn outreach, follow up consistently, qualify opportunities, book discovery meetings, and keep activity updated in Salesforce. We’re looking for a true hunter who is comfortable reaching business owners, HR leaders, and operations leaders and who can independently create new business opportunities rather than rely on inbound leads. The role will start at approximately 5–10 hours per week on an hourly contract, with potential to grow based on performance. Strong communication, persistence, CRM discipline, and a proven history of originating B2B accounts are important. Staffing-agency business development experience is strongly preferred.
