B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter — Blue Collar Trade Businesses (Appliance Repair)

We are a B2B SaaS startup looking for an experienced outbound cold caller to contact independent appliance repair shop owners across the US and generate warm handoffs to our founder. Your only goal is to get the owner interested and book a 10-minute call with me. You are NOT closing the sale. What You Will Do: Cold call 30-50 independent appliance repair shops per day from a provided list Speak directly with business owners and pitch our value proposition using a provided script Qualify prospects by confirming they use software like QuickBooks, Workiz, Housecall Pro, or ServiceTitan Book interested owners directly onto the founder's calendar Log all call outcomes in a simple tracker What We Sell: A financial intelligence platform that tracks 30+ signals and delivers plain-language insights to shop owners — think of it as a CFO who speaks technician. No UI maze, no dashboards, just direct answers to "are we making money and why aren't we making more." Requirements: Proven experience cold calling blue-collar businesses — contractors, trades, HVAC, plumbing, auto repair, or appliance repair preferred Native or near-native English speaker Friendly, peer-to-peer tone — no corporate sales speak Reliable internet and quiet workspace 95%+ Job Success Score preferred TO APPLY: Your first word must be "Blue-Collar" or your application will not be reviewed.
