We run ads for home improvement contractors (roofing, HVAC, flooring, remodeling, decking, painting, and more) and our call center books their estimate appointments. Demand is high and we need more closers on the phones. This is NOT cold calling. Every lead you call already raised their hand by filling out a form about a home project. Your job is to call them fast, build rapport, qualify the project, and lock in an onsite estimate appointment. You are the reason a homeowner says yes. That booking is the sale. THE OPPORTUNITY Warm inbound leads only. No cold lists, no door knocking, no chasing dead numbers. Commission based with no cap. You earn $35 for every appointment you book. The monthly goal is 50, and strong setters beat it. Proven scripts, live coaching, and call grading, so you always know how to improve. Real growth. We are scaling and want people who will rise into senior closer and team lead roles. If you think long term, so do we. WHAT YOU WILL DO Call new leads within minutes of them coming in. Open strong, listen, and qualify the project, ZIP, and timeline. Pitch the free onsite estimate and handle objections with confidence. Lock in a specific day and time, confirm the details, and hand off a clean booked appointment. Hit and beat your booking targets every week. WHO WE WANT Hungry. You want to earn, you want to grow, and you compete with yourself. Phone sales or appointment setting experience, ideally high volume. Clear, confident spoken English and a warm phone presence. Coachable. You take feedback and apply it on the very next call. Reliable. You show up every shift and bring the same energy at hour eight as hour one. REQUIREMENTS Available during US business hours, 8am to 8pm PST (this is an overnight shift if you are in the Philippines). Stable high speed internet, a quality headset, and a quiet place to call.
