K&G Cleaning Services — B2B Cold Caller (Commission-Only) We're a professional commercial cleaning company looking for an experienced B2B cold caller to help us land new commercial accounts (offices, medical facilities, retail, property management companies, etc.). Your job is simple: Make outbound calls to local businesses, introduce K&G Cleaning Services, and get the prospect to agree to receive a proposal via email. You do NOT close the deal — you open the door. What a successful call looks like: You reach a decision-maker You deliver a brief, professional pitch The prospect agrees to receive an email with a link to our intake/quote form You log the lead with their name, business, and email You will be provided: A full caller brief and call script (tailored to K&G) Objection-handling guide A lead tracking sheet The intake form link to send prospects Compensation (commission-only): $100 flat signing bonus when a prospect you referred signs a contract 10% of their first month's contract value 5% of monthly contract value for the following 6 months No base pay — this is performance-based only Valid lead requirements: Real business with a verifiable address Intake form submitted by prospect Not a previously contracted K&G client Must result in a signed contract for commissions to apply Ideal candidate: Experience in outbound B2B sales or appointment setting Professional phone presence Self-motivated, organized, and reliable Familiarity with commercial services (cleaning, pest control, security, etc.) is a plus To apply, briefly describe your cold calling experience and your typical connect/conversion rate
