About the role CCL Group is the North American sales & marketing arm for premium manufacturers entering the US and Canadian markets. We're hiring a B2B cold caller / appointment setter to reach distributors, importers, contractors, and buyers across the US and Canada and book qualified discovery meetings for our account team. This is outbound B2B prospecting — phone-first, supported by email and LinkedIn in the same cadence. You will represent established brands (building materials, flooring, formwork/scaffolding, and industrial products) to professional buyers. Your job is not to close the sale; it's to open the door — start the conversation, qualify interest, and set the meeting. What you'll do • Make outbound calls to a provided, pre-researched target list (US & Canada B2B buyers) • Deliver a clear value pitch, handle objections, and qualify decision-makers • Book discovery/intro meetings on our team's calendar • Log every call outcome and notes in our CRM/portal accurately • Work a multi-touch cadence (calls + follow-up emails) • Share daily/weekly results: dials, connects, conversations, and meetings booked What we're looking for • Native or near-native English with a neutral North American accent (callers speak to US & Canadian buyers) • Proven B2B outbound / cold calling / appointment-setting experience • Comfortable on the phone with professional buyers; calm, persistent, coachable • Reliable: works US/Canada business hours (EST/CST time zones) and shows up daily • CRM-literate and organized with call logging The details • Long-term engagement (6+ months), with contract-to-hire potential for top performers • Hourly, with performance incentives for qualified meetings booked • We provide the target list, scripts, talk tracks, email templates, and CRM access • Full onboarding on the products and ideal-customer profile before you start dialing
