You have to be good at writing messages. -We use Smartlead & Apollo, we do not want to change software. About Us We help global companies hire in the Philippines without the legal, payroll, and compliance headaches. We act as the Employer of Record so clients can scale a team here while we handle employment, payroll, and statutory compliance. The Role We need someone who can build and run our outbound cold email system end to end: strategy, infrastructure, copy, execution, and reporting. You're targeting decision makers (Founders, COOs, HR Directors, CHROs) at international companies hiring or planning to hire in the Philippines. This is not a "send emails from a list" role. You own the system. What You'll Do Setup: Build the outbound strategy around our ICP. Set up domains, inboxes, warmup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC. Build prospect lists by industry, size, geography, and role. Copy: Write cold email sequences and follow ups that actually get replies. Subject lines, opening lines, and offers that convert, not generic templates. Execution: Run daily and weekly campaigns. Manage personalization at scale. Keep deliverability high and bounce/spam rates low. Test and iterate on subject lines, messaging, timing, and targeting. Reporting: Send a weekly update (short, no fluff: what went out, what's working, what you're changing) and a full monthly report covering sent, open, reply, and bounce rates, qualified leads delivered, and your recommendations. A lead only counts as qualified when a call is booked with a relevant decision maker. Target Market Priority: Ecommerce/retail, logistics, SaaS, accounting Secondary: F&B, construction, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing What We Need From You Excellent written English and strong persuasive copywriting. This is the single biggest factor in this role. If cold email copy isn't your strength, this isn't the right fit. Proven track record running full cold email systems (not just list buying) Working knowledge of deliverability, domain warmup, and list hygiene Comfortable reporting progress weekly without being chased for it Bonus: experience in HR, payroll, outsourcing, or EoR; experience targeting US/UK/EU/AU markets What We Don't Need You For Cold calling or sales calls. Our internal team handles that. You feed us booked meetings.
