B2B Cold Outreach Closing Specialist

We’re looking for a B2B cold outreach specialist to manage the full sales cycle on a commission-only basis. You’ll own outreach, qualification, and closing for our AI Automation and AI services. This role is ideal for someone who can drive results, build relationships, and convert leads into clients. If you have a proven track record in B2B sales and are comfortable working independently, we’d love to hear from you. Who you'd be selling to: SMBs, professional services firms, legal practices, accounting firms, and regulated businesses (healthcare, fintech). Especially valuable: experience selling to legal professionals or regulated industries. Bonus if you've worked with Clio firms or have a network of small law practices. Commission structure: 20% of one-time deal value, paid within 48 hours of client payment 20% of monthly retainer for 12 months (compounds your monthly income) $150 bonus per Tier B close ($3,500-$5,000) $500 bonus per Tier C bundle close ($8,500-$18,500) $1,000 top performer bonus Senior Associate track available after $50K closed: 25% commission + 30% on Fractional AI Governance referrals ($3K-$8K/month retainers)
