www.smartaid.ai SmartAid AI is expanding its client acquisition team and is looking for individuals who can take inbound and outbound interest and turn it into scheduled, qualified conversations with business owners. We help service-based businesses increase revenue and eliminate operational inefficiencies using AI systems. This role sits between outreach and closing. You are responsible for: • Handling live conversations • Identifying real opportunities • Securing scheduled calls with decision-makers You are not responsible for closing deals — your job is to move qualified prospects to the next step efficiently. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING You will be working directly with leads that have: • Responded to outreach • Shown interest • Or entered the pipeline through inbound channels Your role is to control the conversation and guide them toward a booked call. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage conversations with business owners across messaging channels and calls • Identify whether a prospect is a strong fit based on structure and needs • Ask the right questions to uncover operational gaps (missed calls, slow follow-up, inefficiencies) • Explain SmartAid at a high level (no technical deep dives required) • Secure a confirmed time on the calendar for a strategy call • Send confirmations and reminders to ensure attendance • Maintain detailed notes and activity tracking inside the CRM A core part of this role is protecting the calendar by filtering out low-quality prospects. PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS This role is measured on outcomes, not activity. Key indicators include: • Number of qualified calls booked • Show-up rate (target: 70%+) • Qualification accuracy (no unfit prospects booked) • Speed of response to new leads • Consistency in CRM updates Your objective is simple: Turn interest into real opportunities that convert. WHAT MAKES SOMEONE SUCCESSFUL HERE This is not a “friendly conversation” role. Top performers in this role: • Take control of conversations early • Move prospects toward decisions quickly • Don’t rely on scripts — they understand intent • Know how to handle hesitation without sounding pushy • Balance volume with quality They understand that: Booking the wrong call wastes more time than not booking at all IDEAL BACKGROUND • Experience in appointment setting, SDR roles, or outbound sales • Comfortable speaking with business owners • Strong written and verbal English • Ability to manage multiple conversations at once • Experience using CRM systems BONUS (NOT REQUIRED) • Experience in B2B services, SaaS, or AI-related offers • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or Zoho • Experience handling both inbound and outbound leads ROLE DETAILS • Remote position • Base pay + performance-based incentives • Long-term opportunity for consistent performers High performers are able to significantly increase earnings by improving booking quality and show rates.
