Role Overview We are looking for a skilled freelance Business Development Representative to support our B2B dental sales efforts. The main focus of this role is to connect with dental practices, group clinics, and decision-makers across the US, introduce our marketing services, and schedule qualified meetings or consultations. We will provide guidance, service information, and support. However, candidates who can independently research prospects, initiate conversations, negotiate professionally, and generate their own pipeline will be highly preferred. Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to dental practices and group clinics. * Connect with practice owners, office managers, and decision-makers. * Introduce EBakr Dental Marketing’s services in a professional and persuasive way. * Schedule meetings, demos, and consultations with qualified prospects. * Research and identify dental practices that may benefit from marketing, content creation, SEO/GEO, or call center support. * Qualify leads based on interest, need, and decision-making potential. * Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, and lead status using CRM tools or tracking sheets. * Collaborate with our internal team to support smooth follow-up, proposal discussions, and onboarding. Requirements * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Experience in telemarketing, cold calling, appointment setting, or B2B sales. * Ability to speak confidently with business owners and decision-makers. * Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as lead generation, ad campaigns, ROI, SEO, or willingness to learn quickly. * Ability to work independently and manage outreach priorities. * Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, or sales productivity tools. * Professional English communication skills. Preferred Experience * Previous experience selling to dental practices, healthcare businesses, or local service businesses. * Experience in marketing, advertising, SEO, lead generation, or call center services. * Proven track record in generating qualified leads or booking sales meetings. * Existing network within the dental or healthcare industry is a strong plus. * Interest in a long-term collaboration with growth potential. Compensation & Engagement This is a part-time freelance role for an initial short-term project, with the possibility of long-term collaboration based on performance. Compensation can include: * Hourly payment. * Performance-based bonuses. * Commission opportunities for fully self-generated and closed leads. We will provide leads, service information, and support to help you succeed, while also giving you the flexibility to develop your own prospect pipeline. How to Apply Please provide us with: 1.
