We are searching for a B2B Growth Campaign Manager LinkedIn, Email Outreach, Meta Ads, SMS. We are looking for an experienced B2B Growth Campaign Manager to manage and scale outbound and paid lead-generation campaigns in the US market. The role includes managing LinkedIn outreach, cold email outreach, Meta campaigns, AI-based optimization, and full automation flows designed to generate qualified B2B meetings and qualified leads. Responsibilities: * Build, manage, and optimize LinkedIn outreach campaigns end to end. * Set up and manage cold email infrastructure, including domains, mailboxes, warmup, deliverability, and campaign execution. * Create and manage outreach sequences across LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, SMS, and follow-up messages. * Use AI tools to improve personalization, targeting, copy, campaign performance, and scale. * Manage Meta Ads campaigns focused on generating qualified B2B leads in the US market. * Build automations from A-Z after a lead form is submitted. * Create workflows for email, SMS, WhatsApp, and CRM follow-up sequences. * Connect tools such as CRM, forms, email platforms, automation platforms, and ad platforms. * Monitor campaign performance, improve conversion rates, and report on qualified leads, meetings, reply rates, and cost per lead. * Continuously test new messaging, audiences, sequences, and funnels. Required Experience: * Proven experience managing B2B LinkedIn outreach campaigns. * Proven experience managing cold email campaigns and email infrastructure. * Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar tools. * Experience with Meta Ads for lead generation. * Strong understanding of US B2B lead generation. * Experience building automations using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar platforms. * Ability to build multi-channel sequences across email, LinkedIn, SMS, and WhatsApp. * Strong copywriting and campaign optimization skills. * Comfortable using AI tools for personalization, research, automation, and campaign scaling. Nice to Have: * Experience working with SaaS, B2B services, tech companies, or agencies. * Experience building CRM pipelines and lead qualification workflows. * Experience improving outbound deliverability and reducing spam risk. * Experience with landing pages, lead forms, and conversion tracking. Goal of the Role: The goal is to build and manage a scalable lead generation system that consistently creates qualified B2B meetings and qualified leads from the US market through outbound campaigns, Meta campaigns, and automated follow-up flows.
