Real Estate Full Cycle Sales Closer (Remote – Base + Commission) Company: Referrals 4 Agents Location: Remote (U.S.) Compensation: Hourly Base + Commission + Performance Bonuses Position Type: Part Time or Full Time ________________________________________ About the Role Referrals 4 Agents is expanding nationally and hiring a Full Cycle Sales Closer to own the entire sales process — from cold outreach to closing and collecting payment. This is not an appointment setting role. This is not a script reader position. You will: • Prospect • Cold call • Present • Handle objections • Close You are responsible for revenue. ________________________________________ What You’ll Be Selling We offer real estate agents exclusive county based referral partnerships at $100/month. It’s a simple, recurring subscription model with strong value for active agents. ________________________________________ Responsibilities • Make outbound cold calls daily (75–150 dials/day) • Identify decision makers (licensed agents) • Deliver clear, confident sales presentations • Overcome objections professionally • Close • Track activity in Google Spreadsheets • Follow up consistently with prospects You will manage your own pipeline from first contact to close. ________________________________________ Compensation Structure • $20–$25/hour base (based on experience) • Starting 20hrs a week to start and more hours a week can be added after performance has been proven) • Commission per county sold ($35 per county paid after first payment is collected and processed) • Tiered commission increases based on volume ($45 per county after 25 sales total - payment is collected and processed) • Monthly performance bonuses ($500 bonus after 30 plus sale on monthly basis) Strong closers can generate significant monthly income.
