We are seeking an Australia-based professional to support scheduling and coordination for a series of business meetings with industry stakeholders across Australia. The role involves managing calendars, arranging travel, and ensuring smooth communication. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support and be proficient in email and phone communication. Scope of Work: - Reach out to a pre-provided list of industry contacts via email and/or phone to request and confirm in-person meetings - Follow up as needed to secure confirmations - Schedule and coordinate meeting slots across 5 working days, optimising for location across Melbourne - Send calendar invites and handle any rescheduling - Provide daily status updates on confirmed, pending, and declined contacts - The exact target respondents and industry segments will be shared and discussed once the contract is initiated Engagement & Payment: We prefer a per-interview completion model, where payment is tied to each successfully confirmed and conducted meeting. Details to be mutually agreed upon at the start of the engagement. Ideal Candidate: - Based in Australia (Melbourne preferred, not compulsory) - Decent experience in B2B appointment setting, meeting coordination, or market research fieldwork - Professional and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with mid-to-senior level business contacts - Organised, responsive, and proactive with follow-ups
