B2B Lead Gen & Data Automation Expert (Clay, Make.com) – Setup ICP & Hiring Demand Scoring System Project Overview We are looking for an Automation and B2B Data Expert to build a scalable data enrichment, lead generation, and dynamic scoring pipeline. The core objective is to identify regional businesses (defined by German ZIP codes), aggregate public hiring indicators from multiple sources, and calculate an automated ICP & Demand Score before syncing clean data into Salesforce. To ensure quality, we are structured in a phased approach, starting with a Phase 1 Pilot Project in a single new region. The Tech Stack - CRM: Salesforce - Data Enrichment, Orchestration & Scoring: Clay or similar - Automation & APIs: Make.com - Data Solutions: Apify (API-based data aggregation) Scope of Work & Responsibilities Phase 1: Pilot Project (Immediate Test Phase) Lead Discovery: Identify B2B accounts within one specific pilot ZIP code region where we currently have no data. Multi-Source Intent Mapping: Implement logic to check for public hiring indicators (active job openings, open vacancies) across multiple public platforms and company career sites. ICP & Demand Scoring Matrix: Build a weighted scoring system (ideally within Clay). The system must evaluate: ICP Alignment: Score based on company size, industry, and location. Demand Intensity: Score based on the volume, recency, and types of open vacancies aggregated from the multiple sources. Enrichment & Salesforce Sync: Enrich high-scoring accounts with key decision-maker data and sync them to Salesforce using strict deduplication rules. Phase 2: Scaling & Existing Data Enrichment (Post-Pilot) Once the scoring logic and data quality of the pilot are validated, we will transition to Phase 2: Multi-Region Rollout: Scale the lead discovery and scoring workflow to multiple defined ZIP code regions. Existing Data Enrichment & Re-Scoring: Apply the multi-source enrichment and the new ICP/Demand Scoring Matrix to our existing Salesforce database to refresh outdated accounts, map current decision-makers, and re-prioritize our pipeline. Required Skills & Experience High expertise with Clay (specifically building advanced formulas, columns, and scoring criteria), Make.com, and Apify APIs. Proven experience in designing Lead Scoring Models based on multi-source intent data. Strong experience with Salesforce data architecture (handling custom fields for scores, data hygiene, and deduplication). Experience with the German/European B2B data landscape is a huge plus.
