B2B Lead Gen / Sales / GTM Specialist

I'm looking for an experienced B2B outbound sales and lead generation specialist to help grow a photography business focused on booking team photo sessions for companies with approximately 15–50 employees. The primary goal is simple: generate qualified bookings while I focus on what I do best - shooting and serving clients. What you'll do: -Build and enrich targeted prospect lists (industries will be provided) -Use tools like Clay, Instantly, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms -Run cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach -Generate conversations and qualify interest -Maintain a structured tracking system for all outreach activity, leads, conversations, and outcomes -Pass interested prospects directly to me so I can handle sales calls, proposals, and closing Compensation Structure This role will include both: An hourly rate A commission for each booking generated My goal is to find someone who can build an effective outbound system that consistently produces opportunities. Initially, I expect approximately 20 hours per week to set up the infrastructure, prospecting systems, messaging, campaigns, and workflows. As the process becomes more efficient and repeatable, the expectation is that the role transitions to roughly 20–30 hours per month, with commission becoming a larger portion of total compensation. The ideal candidate is motivated by performance-based earnings and is excited to grow alongside the business. Ideal candidate: -Has proven experience booking B2B meetings through outbound outreach -Understands list building, personalization, deliverability, and outbound systems -Can work independently and take ownership of results Is looking for a long-term engagement (minimum 6 months, ideally 12+ months) rather than a short-term project -Is organized and capable of creating and maintaining a centralized document/dashboard that tracks all outreach efforts and pipeline activity Success looks like: Building a repeatable outbound system that consistently generates qualified team session booking opportunities.
