I'm looking for an experienced B2B Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Specialist to support the growth of an innovative AI-powered healthcare solution in Australia. This role is for someone who can do much more than build prospect lists. I'm looking for a professional who can identify the right healthcare organisations, conduct strategic outreach through email and cold calling, generate qualified meetings with key decision-makers, and convert inbound enquiries into meaningful business conversations. Our solution is designed for the Australian healthcare sector, helping healthcare providers improve patient engagement, operational efficiency, workforce productivity, and quality of care through AI-driven technology. The ideal candidate should understand consultative B2B selling and be comfortable engaging with healthcare organisations in a professional manner. What this role involves: Researching and building targeted prospect lists of Australian healthcare organisations, including aged care providers, retirement villages, medical centres, allied health providers, disability service providers, hospitals, and other healthcare organisations. Running personalised cold email outreach campaigns. Following up email campaigns with professional cold calling, primarily targeting the Australian healthcare market. Conducting additional outbound calling to identify opportunities and generate qualified appointments. Booking meetings with key decision-makers such as CEOs, Operations Managers, Clinical Managers, Facility Managers, Innovation Managers, and Business Owners. Managing inbound enquiries received through our website and email channels, converting them into qualified meetings. Maintaining accurate lead records, follow-up schedules, pipeline updates, and activity tracking within our CRM. Working closely with our internal team to continuously improve outreach strategies and campaign performance. What I'm looking for: Proven experience in B2B lead generation and appointment setting. Strong experience combining cold email outreach with outbound calling. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confidence speaking with Australian businesses and healthcare professionals. Ability to identify and qualify key decision-makers within healthcare organisations. Experience selling or promoting solution-based services rather than transactional products. Strong understanding of consultative sales and value-based conversations. Excellent organisation, follow-up discipline, and pipeline management. Results-driven mindset focused on generating qualified meetings and genuine business opportunities. Ideal experience: Lead generation for healthcare, health technology, medical services, digital health, AI, automation, or professional service businesses. Experience prospecting Australian healthcare providers and understanding healthcare organisational structures. Multi-channel outreach including email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and follow-up campaigns. Experience handling inbound enquiries and nurturing leads through the sales process. Demonstrated success booking meetings with senior decision-makers and converting prospects into qualified opportunities.
