Job Description: We are seeking an experienced B2B Lead Generation and Appointment Setting Specialist to support growth for our AI-powered automation solutions. Our platform helps businesses streamline critical workflows through intelligent document automation, with a current focus on: Test Certificate / MTR Automation for quality, operations, and compliance teams in metal, steel, manufacturing, and distribution AP Automation for finance and accounts payable teams seeking to reduce manual processing and improve efficiency We are looking for a professional who can identify the right prospects, initiate high-quality outreach, generate interest, and secure qualified meetings with relevant decision-makers. Key Responsibilities: Research and build highly targeted prospect lists Identify relevant decision-makers across target accounts Execute thoughtful outbound outreach via email and CALL, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels Engage prospects professionally and qualify interest Schedule qualified meetings or product demos for our team Maintain accurate tracking of leads, outreach activity, and follow-ups Contribute ideas to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion rates Target Contacts May Include: Quality Managers / QA Leaders Operations Managers Procurement and Supply Chain professionals Finance Managers Accounts Payable Managers Controllers / CFOs / senior finance stakeholders Ideal Candidate Profile: Demonstrated success in B2B lead generation and appointment setting Strong experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach Excellent written English and professional communication skills Ability to understand and communicate business value clearly Experience working with SaaS, workflow automation, finance automation, or industrial/manufacturing-related solutions Familiarity with industries such as metal, steel, manufacturing, distribution, or construction is highly desirable About the Value We Deliver: For Test Certificate Automation, our software helps companies extract and validate data from MTRs / test certificates, reduce manual quality checks, and strengthen compliance processes. For AP Automation, we help finance teams accelerate invoice processing, improve data accuracy, and reduce manual effort in accounts payable operations.
