B2B Lead Generation & Data Enrichment Specialist (Live Event Production) COMPANY CONTEXT: Red Emerald Digital LLC is a corporate B2B production agency specializing in white-labeled turnkey AV services for out-of-market partners. We are currently in a "Stealth Mode" operational phase, focusing on backend infrastructure and high-ticket sales pipeline development for the Fall 2026 season. We do not maintain a public-facing retail web presence; our credibility is established through executive-level subcontracting and regional logistics mastery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Out-of-Market Identification: Research and identify "General Session" production agencies traveling into the DMV (DC/MD/VA) and Florida corridors. Persona Enrichment: Extract verified corporate contact data for 6 specific roles: Director of Production, VP of Operations, Executive Producer, Labor Coordinator, Account Executive, and Project Manager. Data Hygiene: Maintain absolute data parity in a 15-column Google Sheets tracking matrix. Validation: Verify email records to ensure bounce rates remain strictly below 5% using Apollo.io, Hunter, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator. REQUIREMENTS: Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Boolean search strings. English: Fluent or Native level. Extreme attention to detail (zero tolerance for syntax or formatting errors). Availability: 10–15 hours per week with daily KPI reporting. REQUIRED APPLICATION TEST (3-STEP SCREENING) INSTRUCTIONS: Applications that do not include the answers to these three tests in the screening question fields will be automatically archived. TEST 1: BOOLEAN STRING ARCHITECTURE Prompt: Write a LinkedIn Sales Navigator Boolean search string to identify the following personas at agencies with 50–200 employees: Target Titles: Director of Production, VP of Operations, or Executive Producer. Exclusions: Exclude any results containing the words "Freelance" or "Self-Employed." Goal: Demonstrate your ability to filter for high-level corporate decision-makers only. TEST 2: STRATEGIC LOGISTIC LOGIC Prompt: Our business model (The "Invisible Partner" protocol) provides local labor and gear support to production agencies traveling from their home state into our regional corridors (DMV and Florida).
