The Role We are looking for a B2B Lead Generation & Outbound Marketing Specialist to manage our outreach campaigns using Apollo.io. You will be responsible for building compliant, highly targeted B2B contact lists and managing professional, personalized outreach sequences to secure introductory discovery calls for our sales team. Core Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Build, launch, and manage professional B2B outreach sequences within Apollo and Instantly. Compliant Data Sourcing: Utilize established B2B databases (like Apollo) to identify and filter targeted leads that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Note: All data sourcing must strictly comply with platform terms of service; no unauthorized data scraping. Technical Setup: Assist with standard domain configuration (DKIM/DMARC/SPF) to ensure standard deliverability and sender health. Professional Copywriting: Craft concise, highly personalized, and value-driven messages tailored to B2B executives. Compliance Oversight: Ensure all outreach strictly adheres to CAN-SPAM regulations, including proper opt-out management and data privacy standards. Requirements: Platform Experience: Strong proficiency in B2B outreach tools, specifically Apollo.io and Instantly. B2B Experience: A verifiable track record of professional lead generation and appointment setting in the B2B space (SaaS or BPO experience is a plus). Technical Understanding: Familiarity with standard email deliverability best practices. Strict Compliance: A thorough understanding of CAN-SPAM laws and professional B2B marketing standards.
