Title: B2B Lead Generation & Prospect Research Specialist — Qualified List Building (MSP/ISP/Telecom a plus) Description - We're a B2B organization looking for an experienced lead generation specialist to build highly targeted, verified lead lists that our team will use for outbound outreach. We handle the sequences, events, and live outreach in-house — what we need from you is quality lead lists, built quickly and accurately. We care more about results than which specific tools you use. If you can consistently produce clean, ICP-matched, verified lists fast, we want to talk. What you'll do - -Conduct prospect research and build qualified, verified lead lists based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) -Source and enrich contacts from any reliable means — databases, LinkedIn, web scraping, data mining -Verify and clean contact data (email validation, deduplication, formatting) so lists are outreach-ready -Deliver lists in a clean, structured format (Google Sheet or CSV) with consistent fields Required fields per lead (adjust to your needs) - First name, last name, job title, company, company size, industry, verified work email, LinkedIn profile URL, location. What matters most (the outcome): -High accuracy and strong ICP match — the right titles at the right companies -Low email bounce rate (verified contacts only) -Fast turnaround -Clean, consistent, CRM-ready data Experience we're looking for- -Proven B2B lead generation and prospect research experience (required) -Experience building lists for IT MSPs, ISPs, or Telecom companies (strongly preferred) -Experience sourcing leads within our target verticals (a strong plus): Senior Living, Healthcare/Hospitals, Medical Imaging, Medical Clinics, Retail Chains, Legal Firms, and more -Comfortable with web scraping and data mining for sources without clean exports Tools (familiarity with any of these is a plus — not required): Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, email verification tools (NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, MillionVerifier, etc.), scraping tools (PhantomBuster, Apify). Nice-to-have: Understanding of outbound workflows (so lists are formatted and prioritized for how they'll be used) Intent/signal-based targeting (funding, hiring, tech stack, etc.) Our ICP (Will differ by industry): Multi-location organizations - Company size: 50+ | Geography: USA | Target titles: CIO/CTO/COO/Director of IT-OPs/IT & Ops/Office Manager] To apply, please be ready to provide: -A brief overview of your B2B lead gen experience — and any MSP/ISP/Telecom work specifically -A sample list you've built (anonymized is fine) or a description of your deliverable format -The bounce rate / accuracy you typically achieve -Your typical turnaround time for a list of ~50 leads -Your rate (per lead, per list, or hourly) We'd like to start with a paid test batch of [50–100] leads to evaluate fit before scaling to ongoing work. How we'll work together: We see great list building as a collaboration, not a one-off handoff. Here's what that looks like: -We'll start with a paid test batch so we can both calibrate before committing to volume. -We'll give you specific, fast feedback on the first few batches — what matched, what missed, and why — so you can dial in our ICP quickly. We expect the first lists to need tuning, and that's normal. -Because our team is doing the live outreach (calls, events, LinkedIn), we'll feed real-world signals back to you — which segments and titles are actually responding — so your lists keep getting sharper over time. -In return, we're looking for someone responsive, detail-obsessed about data accuracy, and comfortable iterating with us rather than just fulfilling a spec.
