Summary

We are hiring a freelance B2B Lead Generation Researcher and CRM Outreach Specialist to identify qualified business prospects, research key decision-makers such as Owners, CEOs, Marketing Directors, and Sales Managers, and collect accurate contact information including company name, website, job title, verified email, phone number, LinkedIn profile, and location. You will add, update, and organize leads in our CRM, manage LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns, track messages and follow-ups, and maintain clean, duplicate-free records. The ideal candidate has experience with B2B research, tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, and email verification platforms, plus CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or GoHighLevel. For the first milestone, please deliver 20 qualified and verified leads. If quality meets expectations, this can become an ongoing role. Please include your B2B lead generation experience, tools you use, and how you verify contact data in your proposal. All communication and work will be completed through Upwork in accordance with Upwork’s Terms of Service.
