Summary

We are seeking an experienced B2B Lead Generation Specialist / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our outbound sales efforts. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with prospect research, lead generation, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, lead qualification, appointment setting, and CRM management. Responsibilities include building targeted prospect lists, identifying key decision-makers, conducting outbound outreach, qualifying leads based on defined criteria, scheduling meetings for our sales team, and maintaining accurate CRM records. Experience working with startups, agencies, SaaS, real estate, home services, or other B2B industries is preferred. Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Close CRM, and Google Sheets is highly desirable. Please include examples of previous lead generation or appointment-setting projects, the industries you have worked in, and the tools you have used. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a proactive approach are essential for this role.
