Trident HR Ltd is a UK HR consultancy and software company serving SMEs. We're looking for an experienced freelance lead generation specialist to run outreach and book qualified calls with decision-makers. THE WORK - Build and work a target list: UK SMEs, 10-100 employees, no internal HR function. UK-wide - Scotland/central belt a plus for consultancy prospects - Personalised LinkedIn and email outreach to owners, MDs and ops directors (no automation tools that breach platform ToS, no purchased lists, GDPR/PECR-compliant B2B email only) - Goal: booked 15-30 minute calls with our founder. Booked qualified calls are the only success metric - Messaging framework agreed at outset; you determine your own approach, tools and working pattern within it - Weekly reporting: contacted / replied / booked YOU - UK-based with proven B2B lead gen experience - you can show real numbers from past campaigns (messages to replies to booked calls) - Natural, human writing style - our buyers are SME owners who smell templates a mile off - Experience selling services or SaaS to small businesses preferred - HR knowledge not required - a full brief and messaging guardrails provided ENGAGEMENT - 4-week paid trial: £700 base + £75 per qualified booked call (capped at £1,400 all-in) - If the trial works, ongoing engagement of approx. £1,500/month all-in (base + capped per-call bonus) - Est. 8-12 hours per week to start TO APPLY, INCLUDE ALL THREE: 1. Reply and booking rates from a recent comparable campaign 2. A 3-4 line sample outreach message to the founder of a 25-person UK accountancy firm with no HR support. 3. Your availability to start and confirmation you're UK-based Applications without all three will not be considered.
