I run a B2B SaaS product for IT teams and need a one-time batch of a verified prospect list. This is research and list-building only — no cold emailing, no calling, no writing outreach copy. Just finding the right people and verifying their contact info. This is a defined, one-time deliverable (75-100 verified contacts). If the quality is strong, there's good potential for ongoing/repeat list-building work after this — but right now I'm looking for one solid batch to evaluate fit. What you'll do: Research and compile contacts matching our Ideal Customer Profile (below) Find verified, deliverable business email addresses (not guesses) Organize everything into a shared spreadsheet with a consistent format Ideal Customer Profile — who to find: Titles: IT Director, IT Manager, Systems Administrator, VP of Infrastructure, CISO, Security Engineer Company size: 200–5,000 employees Company location: All within the USA Industries (priority order): Healthcare, eCommerce, financial services, and general IT/technology companies with significant on-prem or hybrid infrastructure. Also valuable: Owners/principals at regional Managed Service Providers (MSPs) Where to source contacts: LinkedIn (manual search/Sales Navigator if you have access) Company "About Us" / leadership pages Industry directories (MSPAlliance, CompTIA, ISACA member listings) G2/Capterra reviewer profiles for relevant software categories Conference speaker lists (IT security, compliance, healthcare IT conferences) SEC filings (for public company IT leadership) Email verification: Every contact needs a verified (not just guessed/pattern-matched) email address. Use a free-tier tool such as Hunter.io, Snov.io, NeverBounce, or ZeroBounce, or your own preferred verification method — just tell me which one and confirm the deliverability status for each contact.
