B2B Lead Research — 100 Verified US OEM Manufacturer Contacts (HVAC & Construction Equipment)

I need a verified lead list of 100 small-to-mid-size US OEM manufacturers in the HVAC and construction equipment sectors. This is a research + verification project delivered as a clean spreadsheet. What counts as one complete lead: For each of the 100 companies, I need: Company name Company website Headquarters state Company size (employee count or range) One target contact — must be an Owner, Founder, President, General Manager, or Service Manager. These are small companies, so do NOT give me titled "Directors" or VPs from large corporations. Contact's full name Contact's exact job title Contact's LinkedIn profile URL Contact's verified business email (from the company domain) Hard requirements: Business emails only — no generic addresses (info@, sales@) and no personal emails (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.). Every email must be verified using a tool like NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, or MillionVerifier. I expect a bounce rate under 3%. Exclude agricultural equipment manufacturers entirely. HVAC and construction equipment only. US-based companies only. Delivered as a Google Sheet or CSV.
