Summary

We are building a large B2B contact database for a hospitality industry event. We need an experienced lead researcher who can deliver high volumes at pace without sacrificing quality. THE PROJECT We need marketing decision-makers at hotels, restaurants, bars, wellness/spa operators, tourism boards, attractions, cruise lines, travel companies, and social media agencies across the UK, Ireland, and 8 European markets (Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Belgium). The work is organised into segments (hotels, F&B, wellness, destinations, travel, agencies), each with a detailed brief specifying exactly which business types to include and exclude, which job titles are priority, qualification criteria, and where to find them. We provide the briefs, exclusion lists, and a delivery template. WHAT WE NEED PER CONTACT Company Name, Website, Country, City, Industry Segment, Star Rating (hotels), Employee Count, Number of Locations, Company LinkedIn URL, First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Verified Email, Personal LinkedIn URL, Mobile Phone Number, Notes. 18 columns total. Template provided. TITLE REQUIREMENTS (this is critical) We want marketing people, not sales people. Priority titles: - Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing, Marketing Director - Social Media Manager, Head of Social Media - Digital Marketing Manager - Brand Manager, Brand Director - Content Manager, Head of Communications - Sales & Marketing Manager/Director (combined role only) - CMO, VP Marketing (for larger companies) - General Manager (ONLY for small independent hotels under 50 rooms where no marketing person exists) Do NOT deliver: - Sales Managers, Directors of Sales (pure sales, no marketing in title) - Revenue Managers, Operations Managers - Chefs, HR, Finance, IT, Receptionists, Housekeeping - Coordinators, Assistants, Interns This is the most common reason we reject contacts. If the title doesn't include marketing, social, brand, content, digital, or communications, it's probably wrong. INDUSTRY REQUIREMENTS (also critical) Only contacts at genuine hospitality and travel businesses. The company's industry must relate to hospitality, hotels, restaurants, travel, or tourism. Do NOT deliver contacts at: - Generic marketing agencies, PR firms, or media production companies - Food manufacturers, dairy companies, food wholesale/distribution - Fashion, apparel, retail (unless they operate restaurants or hospitality venues) - Automotive, construction, insurance, banking, pharma, IT/SaaS - Entertainment, music, performing arts (unless hospitality-connected venues) If the company is not a hotel, restaurant, bar, spa, tourism board, attraction, travel company, or hospitality-focused agency, skip it. EMAIL AND PHONE REQUIREMENTS - Verified work email required for every contact (use Apollo, Hunter, Snov.io or similar) - Mobile phone number required where available (not just company switchboard) - No personal emails (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo) - No generic emails (info@, hello@, reservations@, marketing@) - Minimum 80% verified email rate per batch - If no verified email found, include LinkedIn URL and write NOT FOUND PACE 1,300 clean leads per business day. 6,500 per week. Deliver in daily or every-other-day batches so we can QC as you go. Do not wait until a full segment is complete. QUALITY We spot-check 20% of every batch. If more than 20% fail (wrong title, wrong industry, email bounces, person left the role, duplicate), we request corrections before approving. No duplicates. Run a simple dedup on email before delivery. TOOLS You should be proficient with: - Apollo.io or similar B2B database - LinkedIn Sales Navigator - Email verification (Hunter, Snov.io, NeverBounce, or similar) - Mobile number enrichment tools - Excel WHAT WE PROVIDE - Detailed segment briefs with business types, title specs, qualification criteria, named companies/brands to cover, industry associations and directories to search - Exclusion list of companies already in our database - 18-column delivery template - Daily QC feedback GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE UK and Ireland (primary) Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Belgium (secondary) Please include in your proposal: 1. Your experience with hospitality/travel lead generation (not critical) 2. Tools and data sources you use 3. Whether you can deliver mobile phone numbers (not just company numbers) 4. Your rate (per verified contact preferred) 5. How many leads you can realistically deliver per day 6. A sample of previous work if available
