B2B Lead Researcher — SaaS Founders (Series A) — LinkedIn + Crunchbase

JOB DESCRIPTION Overview I run an executive coaching practice that works exclusively with B2B SaaS founders navigating international expansion. I'm looking for a detail-oriented lead researcher to build and maintain a targeted prospect list for my LinkedIn outreach — no cold emailing, no calling. This is a research and data delivery role only. What You'll Do • Research and identify US-based B2B SaaS companies that have closed a Series A funding round within the last 60–90 days • Find the founder or CEO name and their LinkedIn profile URL for each company • Verify that the company fits the target profile (B2B SaaS, estimated $1M–$20M ARR, US-based) • Deliver a clean, formatted spreadsheet with all required fields (template provided) • Flag any records where data is uncertain or unavailable rather than guessing What You Won't Do • Send any outreach on my behalf — I handle all LinkedIn messages personally • Generate cold email lists — LinkedIn URLs only, no email scraping required • Write copy or messaging Ideal Candidate • Proven experience with Crunchbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar B2B data tools • Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters more than speed • Comfortable working from a clear brief with defined fields and filters • Can deliver within agreed turnaround (typically 3–5 business days per batch) • Experience with SaaS or tech sector research preferred but not required Scope and Rate Project Type Initial batch of 100–150 prospects, then monthly refresh of 50–75 new prospects Deliverable Google Sheet or CSV matching the field template I provide Rate $10–$20/hour depending on experience and accuracy Start Immediately — first batch needed within 5 business days of hire Hours Estimated 5–8 hours for initial batch; 3–4 hours/month ongoing How to Apply Please include in your proposal: • A brief description of the B2B data tools you use regularly • One example of a similar lead list or research project you've completed (anonymized is fine) • Your estimated hours and rate for the initial batch of 100–150 prospects Applications without a proposal note will not be reviewed.
